Function & Application

L-ascorbate fatty acid esters are among the most powerful antioxidants.  It can prevent the formation of lipid peroxides and delay the oxidation deterioration of animal oils, vegetable oils, fish, margarine, Chemicalbook milk and carotenoids. The effect is better than that of BHA and BHT.  When used in combination with other antioxidants such as VE, the antioxidant effect is even greater.
